What is a Mopod Portable Sleepout?

A Mopod portable sleepout is a comfortable and cost-effective accommodation option for many people in New Zealand. Our portable sleepouts can be used for extra guests, personal office space or you can earn rental income through services such as Airbnb.

Rent a Portable Sleepout for $160 a week!

A portable sleepout rental is perfect for short term accommodation needs. Rent a Mopod for three months and you will pay only $80 a week. For Mopod rentals, a $100 bond fee and $100 insurance fee is required. We’ll also deliver and setup your Mopod for a small fee.

Long term Mopod rentals are also available!

You can rent your Mopod Portable cabins for more than 12 months at a time. Some of our clients require Mopod rentals for more than 12 months. Common examples include construction projects which can extend past 12 months. The project managers hire portable offices for their location and we give them the option to extend their rental agreements.

We have clients who are so satisfied with their Mopod portable cabin that they end up renting a second Mopod for their property. We are more than happy to oblige if you require even more space at your property. All you have to do is ask our friendly team.

Mopod portable buildings are built to the highest standard. Every Mopod is built with interior/exterior lighting (including a security light), large tinted windows, a covered timber deck and many more features. Read our online brochure for full details and specifications.

Portable Accommodation Hire starting from $80 a week

Most rental agreements start at $80 a week. Our smallest configuration option for rentals is 6.0m x 2.7m. It only takes a space of 6 x 3 metres wide and 3.5 metres in height to install a Mopod at your premises.

A huge benefit of a Mopod is that it requires little paperwork to install one at your property. For most regional councils, there is no paperwork required to install a Mopod as it does not reach or exceed 2 stories in height. We’ll also deliver and install your Mopod portable building at your location.
